In 2016, we opened our authentic Japanese yakiniku restaurant in Hawaiʻi, bringing a tradition of premium meats and interactive dining to the islands.
We serve a selection of high-quality beef, including A5 Grade Japanese Wagyu imported from Japan, Washu beef a blend of Japanese Wagyu and U.S. Black Angus and USDA Prime beef. Each cut is thoughtfully prepared and paired with our signature house-made sauces and classic Japanese-style presentation.
Yakiniku, which evolved from Korean barbecue restaurants in Osaka and Tokyo around 1945, is a dining experience where guests grill carefully prepared meats at their table and dip them into flavorful tare sauces.
